Thomas Pascoe
Programme Director
Thomas is UKNIAF’s Programme Director, responsible for the overall management of the programme’s delivery, governance and finance. In addition to his role on UKNIAF, Thomas has held a number of positions of responsibility across the Tetra Tech group of companies including Director of Major Projects and Operations (WYG International B.V.) and Principal, Economic Growth (Tetra Tech International Development Europe). Prior to joining Tetra Tech, Thomas has worked extensively on the management of development programmes and on the creation and management of operations services companies across West Africa and the developing world.

Frank Edozie
Power Component Lead
Frank is an engineer with experience in the energy industry spanning the petroleum and power sectors. He is the Director of the Power component at the United Kingdom Nigeria Infrastructure Advisory Facility (UKNIAF), a UK funded technical assistance facility to the Government of Nigeria.
He was the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Neconde Energy Limited, an oil and gas exploration and production company with operations in Nigeria’s Niger Delta. Frank had earlier served as the Senior Special Adviser on gas to the Honorable Minister of Power. Prior to this, he was the Commercial General Manager at the Greenfield Olokola Liquified Natural Gas project where he represented Shell in the joint venture. Frank had previously held several key positions, including Senior Business Adviser for Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestments and Chief Information Technology Officer at Shell.
